Diese Nutzungsbedingungen regeln die Verwendung der Software „TheCommander“ (im Folgenden „Software“), bereitgestellt von Norbert Gutbrod (im Folgenden „Anbieter“). Mit dem Herunterladen, Installieren oder Verwenden der Software erklären Sie sich mit diesen Nutzungsbedingungen einverstanden.

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law, is the Provider's place of residence.
